Situated in an old renaissance palace, the hotel consists of 20 rooms and 20 junior-suites created on the upper floors; this brings the total number of beds up to 80. The furniture, elegant and confortable, recalls the refinement of a private apartment rather than that of a hotel room. The three congress rooms on the ground floor can hold 100 guests and the number is brought up to 250 in the summer when they include the Reinassance courtyard connected to them. The hotel is famous for its elegance, the Riparestaurant inside it is by now well known for the excusite cooking. Among its specialities we shall mention a few traditional dishes such as the "cappelacci alla zucca", the "pasticcio di macheroni", the roasted chine of pork stuffed with olives and the "salamina da sugo", traditional flavors which have a centuries-old history.
