Invoicing
You will
receive invoices at the time when we send you the Confirmation of your
booking. You must comply with the deadlines to fulfil the payments,
in the periods of time specified, otherwise the accommodation will be
opened up again for sale and you are liable to the specified cancellation
charges (see accommodations Terms & Conditions).
Reservation
Changes
Reservation
Changes will NOT be subject to a fee, IF they fall within each accommodation
Terms & Conditions and do not incur a cost from the accommodation to
us.
Cancellations
and No Shows
If the
guest does not pay the balance of their stay at the prescribed time,
the company reserves the right to cancel the booking. In this event,
or if the client cancels after the booking is accepted, the fee according
to each accommodations Terms & Conditions is payable by the guest. No
shows are regarded as a full cancellation and subject to the respective
cancellation fees.
- We
reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements.
For example the accommodation may be closed for refurbishment or a
service provider may decide to cancel its services. This equally applies
to other events such as acts of god, flooding, fire, and other man
made or natural disasters.
- GOLDEN
MILE EXECUTIVE RENTALS shall not cancel a holiday after the date when
payment of the balance of the price of the holiday has been received,
unless it is necessary to do so as a result of "Force Majeure" or
unless the client defaults in payment of such balance.
- If
GOLDEN MILE EXECUTIVE RENTALS cancel a previously confirmed booking
for reasons of "Force Majeure" at any time prior to departure, they
shall inform the Tour Operator, Agent or Guest without delay and shall
offer the choice of an alternative accommodation, or the full refund
of the money paid.
Terms
and Conditions
GOLDEN
MILE EXECUTIVE RENTALS act as a booking agent for Hotels, Apart-Hotels,
Resorts and Apartments from now on referred to as the Accommodations,
through the Internet. Our standards of operation are recognised, regulated
and guaranteed. We are a legally constituted company and fully registered
at the Registro Mercantil de Malaga, Spain. Each separate accommodation
has its own set of Terms & Conditions which can be viewed on our web
site, these Terms & Conditions must be adhered to at all times and are
subject to change without notification. It is therefore important that
you as the Guest read these prior to confirming your booking.
When
you forward us a booking form, it is implicit that you are aware of
the trading Terms and Conditions that you will abide by and accept them.
It is also important for us that you are aware that all information
is passed through a safe and secure server and no third parties will
have access to your booking arrangements.
It is
also understood that the person who signs the booking form, from now
on referred to as the Guest, certifies that he/she is authorised to
accept the booking conditions on behalf of all persons mentioned in
the booking form, including those substituted or added at a later date.
The signatory accepts that he/she is a member of the party occupying
the property, or that he/she is acting under instructions or on behalf
of an agent and that he/she is over 18 years of age.
Indemnity.
No guest
shall hold GOLDEN MILE EXECUTIVE RENTALS responsible for any claims,
loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable Lawyer fees) to
persons or property, however caused, which may occur on or about the
accommodation, or in connection with travel thereto or therefrom. It
is recommended that each guest obtain insurance for the protection of
persons and property and for personal liability while travelling to
and from and occupying the accommodations. For your convenience Golden
Mile provide an insurance provider service at our web site.
Obligations
of the Hirer.
The number
of persons (including infants) occupying the accommodation may not exceed
the maximum number of persons mentioned on the booking form and this
is the contractual number which is not to be exceeded at anytime.
The Guest
will take good care of the accommodation and will leave it in the same
condition of cleanliness and of repair as found upon arrival.
The Guest
agrees to abide by the individual rules and regulations of each accommodation
and also to comply with their individual terms and conditions.
The Guest
agrees to pay for any damage to the accommodation caused or arising
during the guest’s visit; such as breakage, loss or damage to fittings,
fixtures, etc. up to the full rebuilding or replacement cost. It is
usual for the accommodation to request a credit card upon your arrival
to use as a deposit, it should be returned to you at the time of your
departure.
Rate
Information.
All the
rates for our quality Hotels, Apart-Hotels, Resorts and Apartments are
quoted in Local currency and can be converted into any other currency
by using the Currency Converter supplied for your convenience, at the
web site. The rates do not always include VAT; Service Charge or other
taxes and excesses. Surcharges such as, extra beds, telephone calls,
meals and general use of the properties facilities, not included in
the quoted price, are payable by the guest directly to the hotel prior
to their departure. Prices may be subject to change in tariff, unless
confirmed by us. All prices mentioned on our confirmation booking are
final.
In the
Terms & Conditions section of our accommodations on the web site, dress
code, check in/out times, blackout dates, minimum stays and special
conditions are specified.
Inclusions.
Unless
otherwise specified at the time of booking, GOLDEN MILE EXECUTIVE RENTALS
collection of world class Accommodation include all services detailed
in the description and services sections of our promotion of that property.
While we will do all that is possible to accommodate clients' request's,
we are not responsible for situations which may affect these bookings,
such as delays in arrival, problems with flights, strikes, forces of
nature and other causes or conditions beyond our control.
GOLDEN
MILE EXECUTIVE RENTALS is a booking agent and has no control over equipment,
facilities, operations, agents or employees of the accommodations. Golden
Mile S.L shall not be liable for any claims, loss, damage, cost or expense
of any person/s occupying or visiting the accommodations. We will not
take responsibility for their personnel representatives, executors,
administrators, successors or assignees arising out of:
- a)
Personal injuries, accident or death;
- b)
property loss or damages;
- c)
loss or changed itinerary resulting from any acts or omission of the
owner/representative of the accommodation, his employees or agents,
or any other party not under the direct employment of GOLDEN MILE
EXECUTIVE RENTALS, or from any act of God, War, Government or any
other event caused beyond our control.
GOLDEN
MILE EXECUTIVE RENTALS will accept responsibility should; the services
which it is contractually obliged to provide prove deficient or not
of a reasonable standard, providing that we are notified immediately
and that we are given the opportunity to correct any possible deficiencies
at the time of the event, and only in the case that we are not able
to correct the issue in question. We therefore accept responsibility
for ensuring that the accommodation you book through us is supplied
as described in our Property description, Web Site, Brochures or through
any other printed material, and that the services offered reach a reasonable
standard. Complaints received after the duration of the Guests stay
period cannot be accepted and will not be refunded or compensated in
any manner or form.
GOLDEN
MILE EXECUTIVE RENTALS accepts responsibility for the acts and / or
omissions of our employees, agents, and suppliers save where they lead
to death, injury or illness. We will not accept in any case liability
for death, personal injury, illness or loss.
GOLDEN
MILE EXECUTIVE RENTALS accepts no responsibility for and shall not be
liable for; loss or damage or inconveniences caused in connection with;
sudden electricity cuts, water cuts, burst pipes, blocked drains; nor
for the arrival in or around the rented property of animals, changes
caused by force majeure or events beyond our control.
In any
case we cannot accept liability greater than the amount paid by the
guest for the accommodation, in any circumstance and under any case.

GOLDEN
MILE EXECUTIVE RENTALS offices are open Monday to Friday from 09.30
hrs to 19:00 hrs (GMT + 1 hour). If you do not reach one of our agents,
leave a clear message indicating your name and the nature of the problem.
For any reasonable expenses incurred on phone calls to our office you
must keep receipts so that we can refunded you on your return home.
In
the event of a complaint.
Should
you have cause for complaint, please inform a responsible employee of
the accommodation immediately. In the unlikely event that things are
not resolved be sure to contact us and we will endeavour to rectify
the situation whilst you are travelling.
Disputes
arising out of or in connection with this contract which cannot be amicably
settled, may be referred to arbitration in the Province of Málaga, Spain
or failing this to the Arbitration Courts of Madrid, Spain.
Price
guaranteed.
For all
reservations made within the Spanish peseta or Euro denomination, the
price are fixed and guaranteed as stated and confirmed to the client,
when the Booking Confirmation is sent.
Currency
fluctuatuions.
The prices
quoted could suffer surcharges due to Currency fluctuations.
Tax
/ Vat increases.
Each
accommodation has different Terms & Conditions many of them include
tax/vat charges in their prices and many do not. It is therefore essential
that you read each accommodations own Terms & Condition, copies of which
can be requested from us here at Golden Mile SL. Please note that all
TAX/VAT charges are subject to change without notification.
